Feudenheim Locks
The Feudenheim Locks, built in 1927, connect the River Neckar to a canal running alongside the river between Mannheim and Heidelberg. Currently the lock on the right is extended to be used by ships up to 135 m length. The towers for lifting the gates are protected buildings.
